How much does it cost?

We have two options:

1. Do-It-Yourself - $85/Month

2. Done For You - Depends on community size, contact us for a free consultation and no obligation quote.

Is there a minimum contract/agreement length?

No long-term contracts, cancel any time.

We don't give refunds for partial months. For example, if you cancel on May 15th, your account will stay up until the end of May. We're not going to refund you for the remainder of May.

You will be responsible for migrating your content off the platform. We have methods for preserving and exporting your content.

How long does it take to get a platform up?

All of the tools will be immediately available when you sign up but the amount of time it will take to get everything up and running as you want it will depend on who is doing the work. If we are helping you, it's usually about 2 weeks but the size of your existing operation can impact that.

Assets can be rolled out at different times. You could roll out a website and then later on roll out a community. Everything doesn't have to happen all at once. The tools are there immediately but you can use or not use whatever you want.

Can I live stream from the platform?

Yes, you can embed live streams from whatever platform you typically stream from (YouTube, etc.). We can help you figure out how to live stream within your membership community or through your website from almost any tool.

For Do-It-Yourself Plans - Support is available via email and live chat. We also offer a one-on-one "basic training" for new clients and you can schedule more in-depth paid training.

For Done For You Plans - Support is available via email and live chat and we are also available to meet with you to do more in-depth training as needed.
